* Customers within Vietnam:

For customers within Vietnam, we accept payment by cash and bank transfer.

Cash: We can receive cash payment either in advance in our office or in person upon delivery.

Bank transfer: Bank transfers can be made from a bank account within Vietnam.  We will provide you with our banking details at the time of confirmation of the booking.

* Customers outside Vietnam:

For customers outside Vietnam who purchase services prior to arrival in Vietnam, we can only accept payment cash in advance in our office and bank transfer ; we cannot accept cash at the time of a later delivery.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer the ability to pay before tour departure or at the hotel. All tour and hotel reservations must be paid in advance and immediately after booking the tour and hotel. We cannot hold tour and hotel bookings without payment.

If you are paying by credit card online, your credit card will not be billed until after we confirm the availability of the tour and hotel.

Tours usually have certain restrictions. Date change and itinerary change may be subject to charges or even not permitted.

You can change your dates, if needed, at no additional cost as long as you give sufficient advance notice and availability exists.

Cancellations of the tours usually involve a cancellation fee, which depends on how far in advance you cancel.

Please refer to the change or cancellation policy for any particular tour.

Tours booked at the office of VietNamIntours are required to pay immediately. You can usually book and pay the tour one day in advance.

Some tours require more than one day advance payment.

Booking via internet shall comply with the payment policy via internet.

We appreciate feedback from our customers in order to review the quality of these tours to improve our service and avoid any problems and issues arisen on the tours.

If you have a complaint or issue with a tour that you purchase from us, we encourage you to ping it to our attention as quickly as possible so that we can work with you and look into the issue to solve any problem

If you have special requirements, for example, if you have a large group or young children, if you are handicapped or have physical limitations, if you have special transportation needs, or if you are vegetarian or have other food allergies – please let us know, and we will work closely with you to ensure that we can meet your needs.

You will be immediately taken to the nearest international clinic or hospital for an immediate examination and appropriate treatment according to the terms of your insurance.

In this case, please advise us before so that we can order a vegetarian menu during your trip in Vietnam. Vietnam is famous for Vegetarian foods, tropical fruits. We are willing to serve at your taste.

There are many airlines which have direct flights to Vietnam like: Vietnam airlines,Air France, American Airlines, Thai Airway, Japanese airlines, Singapre Airlines, Malaysia Airlines. Please contact with the airlines agency to book the air-tickets.

Yes, you can. You can upgrade the tour to a 4 or 5 star hotel with an extra charges depending on the hotel rates

Yes, but not many. Usually after dinner. You can request more free time for shopping.

After an agreement on the tour program and quotation, you confirm your booking for the tour by paying deposit.

We requires 40% of the total amount as deposit. The balance will be settled upon your arrival Vietnam. After receiving it, we proceed all the bookings and send you final confirmation soonest.

Further, we could scan all the hotel confirmations and airtickets to keep your mind on the itineraries and better understanding.

You can book a tour at the office of VietNamIntours  or via internet.

You can change local currency to the currency you brought in only by showing the yellow customs slip that you were given on arrival. The amount must be less than the original.

You can change your currency for local currency at the airport, banks, Jewerllery shops. You should prepare some cash in USD and Euros ( 50- 100 domination) for better exchange rates.

You can change into USD or Vietnamese dong with commission from 1%-3% at the banks in big cities. Travellers’ cheques can be used to pay for the roomcharge and other tourism services.

Yes, You can pay by credit card with 3% commission for Visa and Master, 4% commission for Amex. You can pay at shops and hotels in big cities, commercial centre and tourist sites.

Yes, You can withdraw cash at any ATM in big cities such as: Hanoi, Hochiminh city, Hue, Hoian, Halong, Haiphong, Danang, Nhatrang, Buon Ma Thuot , Vung tau, Cantho with commission

Yes. Photography in or near military installations, airports or similar locations is prohibited. Anyone caught doing so will have the film, and possibly the camera or camcorder, confiscated and may be arrested.

Vietnam is both hot and humid. Combined, they make visitors from temperate countries sweat profusely. Drinking plenty of water and good sun protection is essential.

• It depends on when and where you are doing the motorbike tours as specific regions may have slightly different weather patterns.
• Southern and central Vietnam: The regions has only two seasons, dry season and rainy season. The best time to do motorbike tour is during the dry season, it lasts from November to May; this period offers more pleasant weather and less rainfall
• Northern Vietnam: The regions has four separate seasons. The winter starts from mid November and lasts until early February, the weather is colder. The best time to do motorbike tours is from February to September, especially from June to September, motorcycling to the mountain area offers spectacular rice terraced fields.

Yes, we do offer airport pick up and drop off with reasonable price which is agreed on the booking

• Safety depends on various factors, including your riding experience, handle the situation on a motorbike and adherence to traffic rules.
• If you do not have any experience riding a motorcycle before, we do recommend you to travel as a pillion passenger (aslo known as easy rider tour), it’s also the great way to experience Vietnam

It depends on the length of the tour you are taking and also mention to your souvernir purchasing and some additional acttivities such as elephent riding or the GTV ride on sand dunes,etc..; your food and drinks will cost around $15 – $20 a day. The rest of the fees are all included.

• We do offer helmets and protections however we do recommend you to bring your own motorcycle accesories if you are willing to ride a motorbike in Vietnam.
• Light clothes as the weather in Vietnam is not too cold except the winter in the North lasts from November to Mid February.

• We do offer helmets and essential protections for yours knees and elbows; however we do recommend you to bring your own gears for your comfort and fitness

• We offer saddle bags on our bikes, waterproof bags and bungee cords, your luggages are packed safely on the back of the motorbikes.
• In case your luggages are overweight or oversize, we can manage to send them to the last destination of the trip.
• We also offer suppoted car if it is required ($150/day)

An amount ranging from 10%-30% of the tour cost is required to secure your booking; once you are ready to book a tour, we will send you a secure link to pay online (3,5% will be surchaged for the bank service fee)

Easy rider tour offer for trevellers who don’t want to ride a motorbike in Vietnam or have no exprience in riding a motorbike, ride as a pillion passengers so that they may appreciate Vietnam on the back seat of the tour guide’s motorbikes. All you need to do is sit back and soak it all in.

• Yes. Children are over 10 year olds can travel as a pillion passenger or on our supported car.

• Yes in almost the cases; however, there would be a surcharge fee for single supliment.

• This is the most important insurance that we recommend all riders to Vietnam to purchase it. It covers you when you have accidents and get injured.
• As you can’t get a local license with tourist visas. Even if you have business visas, you need a company to sponsor you and wait 7-10 days after you arrive in Vietnam to do paperwork. This means near impossible to get a local license. Therefore, you can’t buy any personal medical insurance from Vietnam companies.
• Luckily, you can buy this personal medical insurance policy from companies like Allianz, CHI, or World Nomads…or on the Lonely Planet website. They only request your country or international motorbike driving license. In this case, you will be fully covered if something happens.
